We at Eleos Skincare believe in the quality of all our products. Despite this, you are our customer and we want you to evaluate the product and we are more than happy to receive constructive feedback.
If you have any queries with the products you have purchased from eleosskincare.com.au, please do not hesitate to contact us or email us at email@example.com so we can attempt to sort it out promptly.
If you have a problem with our products, we will refund your purchase price if you return it to us within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.What’s the process?
If your refund request is approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that we do not refund or credit delivery fees.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO BOX 267 Melbourne Victoria AU 3058.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Although we will attempt to provide you with an exchanged product immediately, delivery times may vary dependent upon current stock on hand and your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
